Redstone Technology has an Engineering Support track record going back almost 20 years. We are one of the leading IT maintenance organisations in Ireland, uniquely providing 32 county coverage.
We are the only provider covering the breadth of service from PC's to Enterprise servers and storage, 24 x 7 throughout Ireland.
We provide a flexible call out service, guaranteed time to fix, immediate spare parts availability, dedicated disaster recovery operation and business continuity service.
Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the high levels of training and accreditations that our engineers achieve, with many IT resellers in Ireland trusting Redstone as their delivery partner of choice for warranty and out-of warranty offerings.
Redstone Technology is committed to maintaining the high level of service it provides to in excess of 400 customers in Ireland and, wherever possible, to improve the range of services it provides.
In 2006, Redstone Technology was awarded their second contract to provide further components of HP's Break Fix & Maintenance Services to its customer base throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We had been providing services for lower-end equipment for the previous four years and we now also provide service for enterprise servers and storage, alongside additional installation services.
Our standard practice of proactively conducting preventive maintenance procedures whenever our Engineers visit a customer's system frequently results in the benefit of early detection of potential problems before they have fully manifested themselves.
All members of our engineering staff have many years' experience in the industry and this, along with the skills of our pre-sales and post sales technical resources, enables us to provide an excellent and unique service.
