Declan Van Esbeck,
Managing Director
Declan joined Redstone Technology (formerly Xpert Technology) in 1999 as a Senior Account Manager and following a period as Technical Sales Director took on the role of Sales Director responsible for all sales in the company. Prior to joining Xpert, Declan held senior roles in Mentec and within the Digital Corporation (now HP).

James Delaney,
Director of Engineering
James joined Redstone Technology (Xpert as was) in 1994 when it was purchased from Reflex and is an original founder of the firm. He is the Director of Engineering for Redstone Technology. Prior to joining Xpert, James was a manager within the Reflex Group.

Laura Scott,
Financial Controller
Laura joined the management team as Financial Controller & Company Secretary in August 2008. Laura studied for her professional qualifications at Griffith College Dublin and has gained extensive experience in her 9 years working in industry with such company's as Qualceram-Shires Plc, The Gowan Group and most recently The National Document Management Group where she held the position of Group Financial Controller.

Gerry Harvey,
Sales Director
Gerry joined Redstone Technology in April 2008 as Sales Manager and subsequently became Sales Director. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from University College Dublin and brings a wealth of sales leadership expertise in the IT and professional services arenas. He has recently held Global Alliance Manager and international Sales Director positions at LogicaCMG and Spectel.

Lynne Graham,
Marketing Manager
Lynne joined Redstone in May 2008 as Marketing Manager. Having graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with an honours degree in Marketing and Communications, Lynne has developed her marketing skills over the past 10 years in a variety of roles in the professional services and business software and technology arenas.

Deirdre Carney,
Human Resources Manager
Deirdre joined Redstone in December 2008. She holds a Masters Degree in HRM from University College Dublin and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. Deirdre brings to Redstone a wealth of HR skills and expertise. She recently held the position of HR Manager with UPS Ireland.
